Each Kimberley vinegar flavor has its own distinct aroma and taste. Made with Pinot Noir grapes, Champagne vinegar has a delicate aroma and sweet, crisp flavor with a low 5.5% acidity. Use for dressing tender Bibb and butter lettuces, and with salads that include apple, pears or citrus fruits and ivory-colored goat and blue cheeses.
Used in salad dressings so far - great taste!
